‘Still Life Bonanza’ reduces action into a series of linear but jumpy visual photographs that act to intensify the drama. Filled with intense layering of sound-dialogue and dramatic music, to turn slow linear-dialogue and bad poetry into a soundtrack that sings.
These elements attempt to reflect on the tension created by opposites, such as modern technology verses classical paintings, low art verses high art, popular/mass culture verses elite culture.
